Gaze Burvill Teams up with the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society

Gaze Burvill, one of the UK’s finest makers of outdoor furniture, has announced its US debut at the 2015 PHS Philadelphia Flower Show. To mark this important affiliation, Gaze Burvill will be donating 10% of all sales generated from the Show to the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS), and is offering its Meander and May Throne designs, custom engraved with the PHS logo, at a substantially reduced introductory price to all PHS members.

Gaze Burvill is renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail, producing sculptural pieces distinguished by strong flowing curves. All pieces are hand crafted using unique steam-bending techniques on specially selected Prime Grade Oak, sourced from sustainably managed forests.

For over 22 years, Gaze Burvill’s award-winning designs have graced prominent public gardens, private estates and Royal residences throughout the UK. The range includes elegant terrace dining sets, poolside recliners and tree seats. Accolades include a prestigious Guildmark from the Worshipful Company of Furniture Makers, BIDA Award (British Interior Designers Association), and a regular appearance on the RHS Product of the Year Shortlist at the Chelsea Flower Show.

Annually Gaze Burvill design a large display at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, on ‘Main Avenue’ alongside the showgardens designed by the world’s leading garden designers. Each year they have been awarded a coveted ‘Certificate of Merit’ from show organizers, the Royal Horticultural Society.

The RHS are clients as well as admirers of Gaze Burvill, with seats in many of their gardens, including seats at RHS Wisley, the jewel in the RHS crown and HQ of the prestigious Horticultural Research Centre. Tom Stuart-Smith’s garden for the new Glasshouse, and Piet Oudolf’s Borders both play host to Gaze Burvill furniture.
